Privacy Policy

1. Scope & Data Roles

This Policy covers personal information processed via our Site and in the provision of our Services. For Site/Marketing Data, Amazify is the 'controller'. For Client Data processed to provide the Services, Amazify is a 'processor' (or 'service provider' under the CPRA) acting solely on Client's instructions. You (our Client) are the "data controller" of the Client Data you provide to us. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and have a lawful basis to provide any personal data to us for processing.

2. What We Collect

  • You Provide: Contact information (name, email, phone), company details, support inquiries, and billing details (processed by our payment processor).
  • From Platforms (at your direction): Limited business data from your Amazon account required to perform the Services, such as shipment records, inventory data, case logs, and the text of product reviews. We do not process buyer personal information for our own purposes.
  • Automatically: Standard device and usage data (IP address, pages visited) via cookies.

3. How We Use It

To provide, secure, and support the Services; manage accounts; process billing; comply with legal obligations; and for analytics and marketing with your consent where required.

4. Sharing

We share information with service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing); with platforms like Amazon as necessary to perform the Services you request; with professional advisers; and in connection with corporate transactions. Authorized Amazify personnel (such as your account manager) may access your data to provide support and perform the Services. We do not sell personal information for money. We may "share" it with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by California law; however, we do not "share" your specific Client Data for this purpose. This sharing applies only to data collected from your interaction with our Site and marketing materials. We honor Global Privacy Control signals for 'sale'/'sharing' opt-outs.

5. International Transfers

We use lawful data transfer mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where required. For clients subject to GDPR or similar international data protection laws, a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is required and will be provided upon request.

6. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes disclosed or as required by law. We are not a system of record for your business data; please maintain your own copies.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit. No system is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to: access, correct, or delete your personal information; receive your data in a portable format; and restrict or object to certain processing of your information. Please submit requests to help@amazify.ai. We maintain records of consumer requests and our responses for at least 24 months as required by law.

9. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 16.

10. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential, analytics, and advertising cookies. You can manage your preferences via our cookie settings panel and the "Do Not Sell or Share" link on our Site.

11. Changes & Contact

We will post updates with a new effective date. Contact help@amazify.ai with any questions.
